20% Equity in a profitable business

Our fully paid up capital is $410K. Our business is profitable and established in 2005. We would like to sell 20% equity to build a natural mineral water bottling factory to produce ~150Mln bottles water annually, and develop 4000m2 microgreen horticulture. Under our land is 10% of European stock of water. The water comes from -1350 meter and the water quality is 10x better like Evian, Fuji or whichever high class mineral water brand.
