How I think about the current state of businesses:

Healthcare

The transformation from SickCare to Healthcare has already started - as John Sculley has said, innovation starts at the edges of industry - so look at Fitbit and all other fitness apps-gadgets, the immortality investments, bio food trend and understand that hospitals, drugs, will be less important in the future. Business integrity & ethics

Trust Economy: The future needs software platforms that support businesses that work with integrity, obey the laws and find the right way to do business

they have low margins and gain trough efficiencies

have proper certification and trade only with companies that are trustworthy

producers which strive to respect standards

products which respect: the environment, the client - both financially and health wise, recycling / circular economy

openness to mistakes - we can always do mistakes as a person and as a company - we need to acknowledge them early and course correct - let's tell the clients that we have failed and they will trust us even more (hopefully we didn't kill anyone with our product - but even if we did, we should assume responsibility) - we live in digital world, sooner or later the truth will emerge and it will be much worse - see Volkswagen.

Real Estate

I think real estate sector will have huge opportunities going forward as clearly will be many companies going bankrupt - so properties will be sold below the actual cost. My thinking is that the best bet is to move towards properties in Europe - especially Germany where the market will gain value the quickest because people will spend much more in their own economy. Germany will have a huge growth in the next years especially because the economy is based on small enterprises. Another country I expect to experience huge growth is Romania - especially because of 2 factors : 1. more US troups move in - meaning also more trust for US companies 2. Romania is one of the lowest priced labor force in EU - and a lot of EU companies will have to: - move away from China - find cheap production alternatives. - so Romanian real estate will have one of the quickest bouncebacks.
